Our mixing, editing and mastering room features a Panasonic DA7 console and Hafler TRM8 monitors.  We use Sonar 8 Producer software.  Many options for software and hardware processing are available.  Recording formats include analog tape, DTRS digital tape, Alesis HD24, and all computer file formats.

We use superb microphones, Harrison Systems mic preamplifiers, and digital DAT tape for stereo location recording.  Multitrack location recording is accomplished with a 24-channel transformer isolated mic level splitter and the Alesis HD24.

Studio recording is available at the Interlochen Public Radio studio.  This 550 square foot room was designed by John Storyk, and features a 7 foot Shigeru Kawai grand piano and a YAMAHA Birch Custom Absolute drum kit.  A wide selection of quality microphones is available.
